Benev Review Summary

Benev produces formulas for pharmaceutical, nutriceutical and cosmeceutical purposes. Its pharmaceutical line consists of prescription treatments designed to stimulate hair growth, while its nutriceuticals line consists of nutritional supplements designed to encourage weight loss. Far more extensive is Benev’s cosmeceuticals line of creams and serums which are fragrance free, and claim to contain a high concentration of active ingredients that the manufacturer claims will produce faster results.

Benev is a multi-national biotechnology company whose primary focus is on immunology and anti-aging. Its products are only available through physicians, but the website does offer some information for consumers. Although many of the treatments include some excellent ingredients, consumers may want to investigate their full range of options before investing in expensive prescription products.

Products at a Glance
Some of the products in Benev’s cosmeceuticals line include: DermaLift Instant Lifting and Anti-Aging Serum, Salicylic Acid, Pure Squalane, Hyaluronic Moisturizer, Vitamin C Gel, Silicone Spray, Retinol Cream, Pearl Cleanser, Aftercare Kit, and Home Use Skin Rejuvenation Kit.

Products In Focus
It is not surprising that a biotechnology company would take advantage of one of the most advanced cosmeceutical treatments available. However, the question is, what else does the product have to offer. The peptide complex Argireline has taken the cosmetics industry by storm lately because of its ability reduce the small facial twitches that over time can cause fine lines to form. For this reason, it is often touted as a less invasive alternative to Botox injections.

Benev’s DermaLift Instant Lifting and Anti-Aging Serum contains Argireline, and its product description claims that when combined with a moisturizer, it can reduce wrinkles and significantly improve skin hydration. Women looking to hydrate their skin as well as turn back the clock may prefer to save themselves an extra step with a cream that includes both Argireline along with the advanced water-binding ingredient Hyaluronic Acid. At the moment, Benev users must purchase two separate products in order to enjoy the benefits of these two ingredients.

Website
As previously discussed, Benev’s website is primarily targeted at physicians, but it also contains helpful information for consumers. Each product listing includes a clearly-worded description that explains how its active ingredients work to improve the skin. The site also includes a “data services” section, which offers sample skin regimens, as well as provisional information hot topics like alpha hydroxy acids.

As useful as this information may be to those who are interested in trying Benev products, consumers may be frustrated when they realize that the brand’s website does not post prices or offer online ordering. Since only a handful of skincare professionals carry Benev products, obtaining a free trial sample is not entirely easy.
